It seems some of you in cyberspace have a problem with my loyalties. How can the former editor of the University of Washington sports page still root for Gonzaga when they face each other? Don't I remember sitting through the agony of the early 00s? Hoping Anthony Washington would be our anchor in the middle? That with Jeffrey Day gone, Ben Devoe would finally become a contributor? Believing that landing Curtis Allen and C.J. Massingale in the same year was the biggest recruiting coup of the Pac-10? That Travis Duty would become the scoring threat he was when he roamed the courts of Seattle's Metro League?

I'll put it in terms you can understand. God loves all his children equally even though one of them happens to be Jesus.
