Party songs

If I am at a party/club it is mandatory to hear the following songs:
  1. Hot in Herre
  2. Wifey
  3. Something by Ma$e ca. Harlem World, preferably the one with Blackstreet, which I think is actually on Double Up.
  4. The "My finger...is on the button" song.

Those always bring down the house for me. Clipse, Neil Diamond, and Fiddy are welcome additions, plus the cool underground bands that I like that are so underground that you don't even know about them because you are too busy selling out to the man.

I also liked Sophie Ellis Bextor Murder on the Dancefloor but I am pretty sure I was the only one.

then what explains the time you stripped down to your tighty whiteys and started gyrating against everything in sight when "who let the dogs out" came on?

I think it says your mom got doubled up!

BUT...

Excellent point! I do love the Baha Men! Raise your hand if you saw them in concert at a Mariner's game with Paul Somerstein.

And raise your other hand if they played Who Let the Dogs Out? not once, not twice, but three earth-shattering times in the first seven innings, leading to the inevitable old-man jokes from the press box?

Dave Niehaus: "Gee, I don't know, Red. Did you let the dogs out?"

Ron Fairly: "No Dave, but I can tell you who did -- Willie Bloomquist during this third-inning at bat!"

Producer/Engineer Kevin Kremin: That's some great banter, guys. Keep it up! (PS: Great sport jacket, Dave.)

Stripped down in the whiteys and gyrating? I thought you quit that stuff after college... things done never change!

Whatever happened to "Da Dip?" Right answer to the same question 7 years ago...
